With one of the most beautiful guitar finish ever, the Gibson Custom Shop Les Paul Custom (Limited Edition ) was popular a few decades back until the original finish was discontinued by Gibson because of tonal problems it caused. Luckily, the guitar is coming back in style after being popularized by Jones.
If you don’t feel like shelling out $3,000 +for a new one (or much more for one from the 70’s and early 80’s), you could content yourself with Epiphone’s custom Silverburst, which retails at around $600. cool they made a more affordable one, but that wouldnt cut it for me...they mad a guitar of the weeek in 07 and i got the 16th week which is a GIBSON les paul custom classic silver burst its so sexyyy im so in lovee now i just neeed to get more technical with my playing,...i hvae a les paul but aint too great i play alot alot of toool tho it sounds greattt i dont even have pedal i got a 10 watt marshal practice amp with an overdrive and it sounds pretty generic to adams sound in most songs
I bought one of these new in 1982 for $850, but sold it a few years later for $300. Who knew...
